This bundle contains:

Worry beads. Twist them, turn them, click them or count them. Worry beads are a tried and tested way to soothe anxious minds. In many cultures people use beads for prayer, meditation or healing. These glass worry beads are inspired by Greek komboloi, which have no religious or ceremonial association, but are widely used for stress relief.

Observation journal. A hardback sketching journal. Nothing soothes the mind or sharpens the senses like close observation of the natural world. Use this journal to take notes, make sketches, compose poems, make rubbings, press leaves or collect feathers.

Box of walks. A unique set of illustrated cards exploring the joy of walking. Each card includes a different beautiful illustration by Alexandra Ethell and offers guidance from creative thinkers and veteran walkers. One favourite is:

WALK TO GET SOME PERSPECTIVE
"I'd walk and think about my entire life. I'd find my strength again, far from everything that had made my life ridiculous." Cheryl Strayed

Three Character strengths pencils. This pack of three character strength pencils is part of a set of 24 graphite pencils. These three capture a triad of strengths from the model that relate to qualities that offer a tender response to tough times. The words on the pencils read:

Humility    Integrity without ego

Kindness     Almost never wasted

Perseverance     Fall down seven times, stand up eight

These three pencils come with an illustrated guide to understanding and using the VIA Character Strengths model for personal development. The leaflet includes ideas on how to put strengths into action that can be used individually or with a group. The model is described in the leaflet in full and a link included to a free and very robust questionnaire to discover your own character strengths.
